Itay and the subcontractors he had on retainer are all top notch.  We had our hallway bathroom gutted and remodeled with new tile in the shower, a new vanity and mirror, recessed lighting, new laminate flooring, and fresh paint on the walls.  Itay offered competitive pricing and the work performed was according to schedule and of the quality expected.  As with every construction project I’ve had, something unexpected always comes up (make sure the shower door is included in the price because I assumed it was but it wasn’t), but we discussed each issue and reached a reasonable resolution.  We were charged extra for the shower door installation, but not for the extra handheld showerhead that they installed (which involved a decent amount of work) and some plumbing around the toilet which was outside of the scope of the original estimate.  Fair is fair.  It was clear Itay was willing to go above and beyond to make sure the bathroom looked exactly how we envisioned, and checked in with us regularly. Top Remodeling and Design were lifesavers!  They responded very quickly to my inquiry about doing work on my home.  They in turn responded quickly with a quote and I accepted.  The work began almost immediately and done with amazing results!  I am very happy with the work I had done. Removed and replaced siding, trim and facia boards.  Prime and painted.  All new windows.  What a difference.  It is nice to have pride in my home once again. Itay, the owner, and his crew werefabulous, professional and knowledgeable. We just completed a kitchen remodel and we utilized Top Remodeling & Design. We are delighted with the outcome. After meeting with a number of representatives of other companies we settled on working with Top Remodeling & Design with Itay. Itay is a very easygoing and low-pressure guy. Itay took time to go over every aspect of the project. While our kitchen is a very small project due to its size, it still is our kitchen and Itay handled each of our concerns professionally with ease. I took an active role in calling into question a number of different aspects of the project which could translate into that I was a pain in the neck client with a million questions but Itay and his team remained professional and were always willing to work with us and provide problem-solving to make sure we were pleased with the outcome. We were very impressed by Itay and his crew's determination to make everything right. Itay showed up every day to the worksite and stayed in communication with us every single day (even on a short vacation). His team of Juan and Jaime were incredible also. Juan always kept us in the loop for any important decisions which we greatly appreciated. At one point I disagreed with the way something that would be behind the cabinet was completed and they redid it to my standards but beyond that, they found a solution that made the outcome even better than I thought could be possible (thanks Juan). Both Juan and Jaime were hard-working craftsmen who transformed our kitchen into something we are very happy with. I see great value in working with a team that is easygoing and patient and with the drive to complete a high-quality project in a timely fashion that addresses individual customer needs.
